Gramoxone is the most commonly identified paraquat brand in paraquat Parkinson's lawsuits. But many claimants don't remember the brand name. Here is what matters and what doesn't.
Why Gramoxone is dominant
Gramoxone was the original paraquat product, first commercialized by Imperial Chemical Industries (now Syngenta) in the 1960s. It remained the leading brand for decades. Most agricultural workers from the 1970s through the 2000s used Gramoxone at some point.
Other brand names
Other paraquat brands include Blanco, Devour, Firestorm, Helmquat, Para-Shot 30, Parazone, and Tota-col. All are paraquat dichloride at concentrations regulated under the same EPA registrations.
If you don't remember the brand
