Gramoxone is the most commonly identified brand because it is the original paraquat product and was the dominant brand for decades. If you don't remember the brand name, that is fine — eligibility does not depend on brand recall.
3. Have you been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease?
The qualifying diagnosis is idiopathic Parkinson's disease, established clinically by a qualified neurologist. Movement disorder specialists are preferred for diagnostic accuracy.
If you have symptoms but no diagnosis yet: request referral to a movement disorder neurologist through your primary care physician. Early symptoms include resting tremor, slowness of movement, muscle rigidity, micrographia (small handwriting), loss of smell, REM sleep behavior disorder, and constipation. Many of these symptoms are easy to attribute to aging — which is why diagnosis is often delayed. Even if you don't have a confirmed diagnosis, the case review is worth doing.

4. How many years were you exposed?
