PFAS in agricultural inputs
PFAS contamination of biosolids used as agricultural fertilizer has produced rural water and soil contamination litigation. This is a property-and-environmental docket rather than a personal injury mass tort.
Other herbicide and pesticide claims
Chlorpyrifos, dicamba drift, and other chemical exposures have produced limited mass tort activity. None have reached the scale of paraquat or Roundup.
